Our policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange after 14 days from the receipt of your order.
To return your purchase, please e-mail customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order. Your item must be unused, with tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it. We do not cover return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please note, the return policy only applies to full priced items. Sale items are final sale and are therefore non-refundable. If you have any questions about sizing or measurements, please e-mail email@example.com before purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If an item is returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale, please note that we may refuse the return.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your debit/credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you need to exchange a size, please e-mail email@example.com to begin processing your return. Once your returned is received and inspected, your swap order will be shipped out.
All items marked as sale are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
